1. Grant of License:
By submitting a photo to FreeFireSim.com or its sister site, FreeFireSimulator.com (collectively, the "Sites"), you grant FreeFireSim.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your photo for the sole purpose of creating fireground simulations on the Sites.
2. Ownership:
You or the photographer retain all ownership rights to your photos. This license only grants FreeFireSim.com the rights outlined in Section 1.
3. Term and Termination:
This license remains in effect until you withdraw your photo from the Sites. You may withdraw your photo at any time by contacting info at FreeFireSim.com (Please note: this email address is not clickable to prevent spam).
4. Disclaimer:
FreeFireSim.com does not claim any ownership rights to your photos and is not responsible for any third-party use of your photos.
5. Copyright Takedown Requests:
FreeFireSim.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a photo submitted to the Sites infringes on your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. To submit a takedown request, please send an email to info at FreeFireSim.com or webmaster at freefiresimulator.com (Please note: this email address is not clickable and you need to replace at with @ no spaces to prevent spam) with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of the location on the Sites where the allegedly infringing material is located.

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
